What You’ll Cook:

During this 2.5 to 3-hour session, participants will prepare a selection of mouthwatering pasta dishes and classic Italian sauces, guided every step of the way by Chef Claudio himself. The featured recipes may include:

  • Rigatoni Amatriciana – A bold Roman classic with guanciale, red onion, white wine, tomatoes, and pecorino.

  • Spaghetti alla Carbonara – Creamy egg yolk-based sauce with crisp guanciale, Parmigiano, and pecorino.

  • Bolognese Sauce – A rich and slow-simmered ragu made with a blend of meat, vegetables, red wine, and plum tomatoes.

  • Tomato Basil Sauce – A bright, simple, and aromatic sauce that pairs beautifully with any pasta.

  • Fresh Pesto – Made from scratch with fragrant basil, garlic, olive oil, and optional toasted pine nuts.

  • Garlic Shrimps – A flavorful side or pasta topper, sautéed with olive oil, garlic, and a splash of white wine.
