Founded in 2010, Giganti Events Planning & Catering was born from the shared passion of Chef Claudio Giganti and his wife, Margaret Golynski. With roots in Sicily and a love for hospitality that spans decades, our mission is simple: to craft unforgettable culinary experiences that bring people together in the most meaningful way.

Chef Claudio’s journey began in Palermo, Italy, where he trained at the prestigious Istituto Albelghiero before bringing his talents to Canada. With a deep respect for tradition and a flair for creativity, Claudio delivers more than just meals—he delivers memories. His cooking is a celebration of his heritage, combining the rustic charm of Sicilian cuisine with modern flair and seasonal ingredients.

Margaret, a hospitality industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in sales and event management at some of Canada’s most recognized hotels, brings precision, poise, and passion to every event. Whether it’s an elegant dinner, a corporate function, or a destination food tour, Margaret ensures that each detail is thoughtfully curated for a seamless guest experience.

Together, Claudio and Margaret form a dynamic duo—offering Interactive Personal Chef Experiences, customizable Catering, Foodie Vacations (including all-inclusive Airbnb experiences), and Event Planning services across Niagara, the GTA, and beyond.
