  • Ingredients:

    • 700g of apples

    • 3.5 oz (100g) melted butter

    • 2 large eggs

    • 10.5 oz (300g) white flour

    • 1 cup (200 ml) whole milk (3.25%)

    • 7 oz (200g) white sugar

    • 1 pinch of salt

    • 1 tsp baking powder

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

    • Juice of 1 lemon

    • Zest of 1 orange

    • 1 oz Grand Marnier (optional, for extra flavor)
